Our homeowners are loving life here at Mayfield Watford, embracing their beautiful new home and all that the village, the team and the owner community have to offer.
On 23rd September 2022 we welcomed our first homeowners to Mayfield Watford. The team were all on hand to support owners and their families as they moved their most prized possessions, furniture and their hearts to their new home at Mayfield Watford.

With almost 50 owners now moved in, the village is coming alive with clubs and activities organised and hosted by the team and homeowners. Events throughout January include Spanish tapas night, Rummikub, Cancasta, Bridge, Happy Hour and fish & chip night. Plus of course the team and owners embraced the obligatory Christmas jumper day, quiz night and Christmas fair in December.
The village has a fantastic atmosphere, with owners enjoying the organised events as well as arranging their own get-togethers in the bistro, Club and games areas. Many new owners have been working up a sweat in the Mayfield Club and our green-fingered owners have already started preparing for spring at the rooftop garden.
