This vibrant blueberry, chia, kale and coconut smoothie offers a simple yet nourishing way to enjoy a wealth of natural goodness. Rich in antioxidants, fibre, and healthy fats, it blends leafy greens and berries into a refreshingly smooth drink that’s both satisfying and energising. Perfect for breakfast or an afternoon pick-me-up, it’s ready in moments and full of flavour.

 

Ingredients

  • 140g blueberries (frozen)
  • 50g wilted kale
  • 235g soya yoghurt
  • 120ml coconut cream
  • 235ml coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons ground chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or sugar substitute

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Divide among 4 glasses (or smaller if you prefer) and serve.

Vegan.
