I moved in to Mayfield Watford in 2025 and made so many new friends. I'm part of the Mayfield commmunity and I have enjoyed many fun events in the village, as well as accompanying homeowners on their many travels around the globe, including the Great Wall of China and a cruise around the Mediterranean with Mayfield owners! The craft group here even crocheted my 4 seasonal outfits to wear.
You’ve all heard of Pooh and Paddington too,
But I am Myles and I’m here for you.
I am for sure the best Mayfield bear,
I will be famous but you heard it first here.
The idea is- that you take me out,
And it’s not too hard cos I’m little not stout!
I sit on the desk just waiting for you
I am very quiet, don’t even say boo.
I can be quite good and not very loud,
And everyone loves me and of that I am proud.
So, if you want laughter plus lots of fun,
Please give me a treat and we both will have won.
My name is Myles which is a really good name,
‘Cos it rhymes with smiles and we are the same.
I like to have fun and may act like a clown,
But it will bring a smile and get rid of your frown.
It’s all so exciting when I go out to places,
People just love me - I bring smiles to their faces.
So, please take me out, it’s not only for me,
You could just bring me home for some cake and some tea.
You may have a teddy from long, long, ago,
Then I could meet them and off we can go.
Just having a cuddle and a long talk,
And then maybe, we could go for a walk.
Or we could go out to a place that you go,
Maybe some shopping or even a show?
You will never regret it, I promise you that,
Although you need to take care and not lose my hat!
