If you should ever need extra help, our professional Mayfield Villages Care team are on hand to help with as little or as much as you need. From cleaning, laundry and shopping to personal care needs and medication support, you only pay for what you need.

With lots of activities and trips available, you can throw yourself into a busy social life or enjoy your own independence. You can be as involved or as private as you want to be.

What's included?

As a property owner at Mayfield Villages, you are welcome to enjoy full use of the Mayfield Club, including fitness and aqua classes, dine with us in the M Bar & Kitchen, and purchase home support services if and when you need them.

We collect a monthly management fee and a deferred management charge to cover all the ongoing costs of running the village and the expense of any major works.

These fees cover exterior maintenance of your home, building insurance, Mayfield Club membership, 24/7 security, village and grounds upkeep, and charges associated with the business such as staffing. It also helps to ensure that, when the time comes, we can cover the costs of structural repairs or improvements such as reroofing or resurfacing roads and pathways.
