  • National Trust £90 gift card offer only available to revisiting customers who attend an in-person or virtual appointment with the Audley & Mayfield sales team between 13th January - 31st March 2021
  • National Trust gift card expires 21st May 2021. Annual membership should be booked in advance.
  • National Trust gift card is subject to availability.
  • Offer is available at selected Audley & Mayfield villages.
  • Gift card of £90 will be issued following a completed in-person appointment or virtual appointment. Please allow up to two hours for an appointment. 
  • Please allow up to 14 working days to receive the gift card, if the gift card is being issued by post following a virtual appointment.

Complimentary M&S voucher 2021

  • Offer available to new customers only, when visiting the sales team (by appointment) at a Mayfield village before 12th June 2021.
  • Customers will receive a £30 Marks & Spencer voucher. Voucher will be provided on the day at the end of the visit.
  • Customer should quote ‘M&S’ when booking a visit to qualify.
  • One voucher per pre-booked visit will be sent or handed to the named person who booked the visit.
  • Visit constitutes a private group, couple or single person appointment with a member of the Mayfield sales team.
  • Vouchers will not be given for subsequent visits.
  • Voucher cannot be substituted for another offer or cash except in exceptional circumstances.

Owner referral scheme

  • The prospective owner must make known to the Sales Team the name of the current owner who recommended Mayfield on first contact.
  • Both the new owner and the owner who recommended Mayfield should complete a referral form with the Sales Team, stating the chosen reward from the 3 available options: £1000 shopping voucher, £1000 Virgin gift card or £1000 Mayfield credit to use in the bistro or towards the monthly management fee.
  • One reward per household for every new property sold via recommendation.
  • Offer valid to all Mayfield owners in all villages regardless of which village the new owner purchases at.
  • These offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Offer not available on retrospective property sales.
  • The current owner must provide the Sales Team with the details of the customer they are referring.

Friend referral scheme

  • Offer valid to selected Mayfield owners who have received a referral email.

  • The prospective owner will receive two years free of monthly management fees. The Mayfield property owner/ referrer will receive an extra year free (1 year) in addition to any other agreed sales incentives.
