There are many ways to retire, but nothing quite like Mayfield. You own your own home, so you can live the life you want in a vibrant community of likeminded people. We look after the exterior maintenance, security and gardens, so you can focus on enjoying your beautiful home and the many facilities available.
With extra support on hand if you need it, Mayfield also offers peace of mind for the future. Set within a village community, the wide-ranging Mayfield Club facilities and various care options mean you can choose the lifestyle, involvement and level of help you want.
Every Mayfield village has its own gym, swimming pool, spa and café-bistro, right on your doorstep.
Mayfield’s first village will be open in 2022 in Watford, Hertfordshire. Once completed, Mayfield Watford will be a part of a buzzing residential neighbourhood filled with shops, leisure facilities and a beautiful riverside park.
The community will consist of 255 contemporary one and two bedroom retirement apartments, all with access to communal gardens, a pool, sauna and steam room, gym and classes, beauty treatment rooms and a cafe-bistro.
Perfectly located near both a bustling town and a peaceful parkland, Mayfield Watford has it all. Right on your doorstep are Watford’s theatres, shops and restaurants, and central London itself is just a short train or tube ride away. Or, if the city isn’t quite your scene, you can also head to the nearby Cassiobury Park to explore and enjoy the nature reserve, or take a walk along the picturesque River Colne.
The village is also part of the exciting new Watford Riverwell development. This up-and-coming destination is just a short walk from the town centre, and will include everything from much-needed homes to a community centre and more than 4.5 acres of green open space.
As time moves on and some tasks become less easy, there's no reason why you shouldn't continue to live the life you know, in the home you've made. All you need is a visit from a trusted, friendly face; someone to listen and a helping hand when you'd appreciate it.
