Evia Living launches in Denmark

Audley Group has been developing and operating unrivaled retirement villages across the UK for over 20 years. There are already 13 operating Audley Villages in the UK, with more currently in development and others awaiting planning. The development of the first Mayfield Village retirement village in Watford is underway and planned to open soon. Evia Living

In 2020, Evia Living was created in Denmark, in a unique joint venture between UK market leader Audley Group and trusted Danish pension and investment firm PFA. Currently there are approximately 1.8 million people aged 55 or over in the whole of Denmark, almost half of these are over 70.

The Danish Statistical Institute recently reported that the number of people aged over 70 in Demark will increase by 15% over the next 10 years, meaning that more high quality living options that are appropriate for an aging customer is in high demand.
